Furnace rubber hose is manufactured with an EPDM rubber, woven glass fibre cover
Conveyance of coolant water in furnace foundries where the hose is required to be resistant to a high temperature environment.
Hose is protected against high external temperature and arduous environmental conditions. Inner -40º to +125ºC. Outside temp up to 550ºC.

Temperature:	up to +120°C (internal). up to +550°C (external)
Cover:	Fiberglass Cover over White EPDM
Reinforcement Option 1:	High Tenacity Polyester Tyre Cord. Use for Discharge only
Reinforcement Option 2:	High Tenacity Polyester Tyre Cord. Single High Tensile Steel Wire Helix (BS EN 10324:2004). Use for Suction & Discharge
Tube:	White EPDM
Available Working Pressure:	10Bar, 20Bar, 30Bar, 40Bar. Safety Factor: 3:1
Available Sizes:	2"(51mm) - 6"(152mm) ? up to 61mtr long 8"(203mm) ? up to 12m long
